Researchers have shown women rate a man as more attractive after they’ve seen
another woman smiling at him. By contrast, being a jealous bunch, male observers rate a man as less attractive after they’ve seen a woman smiling at him.

其實這沒什麼好訝異的。學過賽局理論就知道，要追女生的一個秘訣就是跟優秀漂亮的女生做朋友。不是因為你要追她，而是若有其他女生看到，她們會刮目相看。這一篇研究所提到的只是驗證了經濟學家的理論。
